To promote environmental sustainability, BACHJOHANN may replace defective products with refurbished units that are equivalent to the original in both performance and reliability.

If the replacement BACHJOHANN product or part is found defective during the remainder of the original limited warranty, BACHJOHANN will provide an additional replacement at no cost.

If the same model is unavailable, BACHJOHANN will send a similar or higher-value model.
