How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days.
Note: For pre-sale items, delivery times depend on when the product arrives in stock.

How is my order shipped?

We’ve partnered with Amazon to handle shipping for BACHJOHANN products. They’ll choose the best carrier to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

We do our best to ensure all your items reach you at the same time. However, depending on the product, some items may ship separately using different carriers. Once an item is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once your order is on the move, we can’t change the delivery address. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct address.

Important Notes:

If you cancel your order more than 1 hour after placing it, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees.
If the package is lost or unrecoverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, BACHJOHANN cannot replace the order or issue a refund.
